Our Building Maintenance Division carries out General Construction, Painting, Cleaning, Roof Repairs, Flooring Repairs, Floor Coverings. We offer maintenance services to both live buildings and new builds with works varying from preventative maintenance, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, minor refurbishment, alterations and upgrades, to major new build works on site. We can provide building maintenance on all types of projects from relatively minor works to large scale projects. We also offer a 24-Hour Call-Out on all maintenance services.

 

We use our own in-house qualified Carpenters, Plasterers, Painters, Bricklayers, Electricians, Mechanics, Engineers and Technicians to carry out works. We also have a range of quality subcontractors available to us as required.

A key component of our maintenance service is that our energy specialists and engineers will ensure that all building maintenance works that would be carried out are as energy efficient as possible. We continually invest in researching new technologies and energy efficient solutions, helping clients to reduce a buildings overall energy consumption and save money.
